February

It is February. This makes me very excited.

In no order except how they come to mind:

1. Matt's graduation from Officer Candidate School! This means he will become a Second Lieutenant and go to an officer's pay grade. We are so proud of all the hard work he has put into his training so far. There were people who failed out of his BCT and OCS courses but so far he has passed each phase with very high marks.

2. We will get to see DaDa for graduation and hopefully get a few days with him of leave time. We will also be seeing Grammie, GrandPops, Aunt Jamie, and cousin Waverly for graduation. It will also be nice to be in sunny Georgia for a break from this snowy winter weather in Michigan.

3. We will be preparing for and possibly moving. We may be moved by the end of the month, but if not  we'll be moving in early March. Our Army life will start in Oklahoma.

4. Valentine's Day! I don't know what Matt is sending me, but something pretty!

5. My wisdom teeth are finally coming out and after a few days of recovery I can just put it behind me for good. Hopefully I don't have any bad reactions to the medications, don't need to take any strong pain meds, and Jackson behaves well while I need to rest.

6. We will get to enjoy the last full month of our baby being a baby! Soon he will pass into being a full year old and being a toddler!

7. My bro-in-law will turn a quarter century. Cheers to him.

Yes, a lot of big things are happening this month. It will be a good month!
